2. Coaching & Consulting Services

NimbusCrest Consulting provides professional advice and coaching based on our proprietary Nimbus Methodology. While our insights are grounded in strategic data and atmosphere-inspired forecasting models, the implementation of such advice is at the sole discretion of the client. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as business environments, much like the weather, are subject to volatile shifts.

3. Professional Conduct & Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching sessions, including charts, forecasting tools, and the "Crest Framework," remain the exclusive intellectual property of NimbusCrest Consulting. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for internal organizational purposes only.

4. Payment and Cancellations

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance.
• Cancellations for coaching sessions must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a service fee.
• Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted under UK law.

5. Limitation of Liability

NimbusCrest Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our forecasting services. We provide tools for clarity, but the final strategic decisions remain with the client leadership.
